Barre is an upbeat ballet-based workout focused on the major and minor muscle groups incorporating light hand weights or none at all!

This class encourages growth in balance, posture, and lean muscle. We “shake to change.”

Barre Express is packed powerfully into a 45 minute format! This class is is a fusion of ballet fundamentals, core conditioning, Yoga and stretching for a total body workout using a ballet barre, yoga strap, pilates ball, and yoga mat to achieve a lean, flexible, youthful body.

This breathe & flow class will offer you the ability to build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. A Vinyasa style flow, will focus on linking conscious breathe with a mindful flow.

Buti, in Indian Marathi, means "the cure

to something hidden or kept secret."

This practice is a high-intensity fusion

of yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics. Classes combine cardio, strength training and flexibility in one seamless format. Buti creates a strong, empowered group that resembles a tribe.

Buti Yoga Express is 45mins of a  powerful blend of tribal dance and primal movements, plyometrics, and vinyasa-style yoga. It is not your guru’s yoga. Buti is for the boss babes. Buti is for every woman and any man comfortable enough with his sexuality. 
This unique style of yoga incorporates movements that our bodies crave, and that our body’s systems flourish from. Our hormones are balanced,

our chakras are aligned, and we nourish the health of our endocrine system.

Slow flowing class, students will synchronize breath with movement in a safe and relaxing atmosphere. Students will learn the benefits of yoga, incorporating basic yoga asana (postures), proper yogic breathing, and relaxation techniques that suit the benefits of each individual student. It is a great class if you are looking to settle your nervous system or get a really good night's sleep. You will open and stretch your muscles with slow movement, careful alignment, and conscious breath work utilizing a yoga. Props are encouraged to allow the body to fully achieve each pose comfortably. It won't be easy or lazy, just slow, thoughtful, and grounding. This is a great class for students looking for a gentler experience; those who are new to yoga, and those needing a change of pace, yet still allowing the option to take it to the next level, as well as the perfect class for students with injuries or limitations.

This class is designed not only to strengthen and tone your core, but also to restore and renew the body and mind through smooth flows and sequences. In each class, you can expect to move through challenging, yet fun and invigorating, asanas and transitions focusing on the core and back. Leave this class feeling strong, refreshed, and ready to take on your day!

Flow & Stretch is a combination of vinyasa flow and yin yoga. A blend of yang/yin; the first portion of class is a slower-paced flow through sun salutations and standing postures, geared towards those new to yoga or preferring a gentler practice.  Followed with the passive long holds of yin to target joints, connective tissues, and fascia. Yin poses are floor based and supported with props to create as little effort while holding.

Friday Flow is the perfect way to end your week and kick off your weekend. This class focuses on rhythmic movement, breath, and fun! We'll pay attention to the transitions between the poses and their interaction with the breath, while also covering alignment to support your clear understanding of yoga postures (asanas). You will walk out of class feeling connected, clear, and calm. TGIF!

GENTLE               YOGA / BARRE 

A slower-paced version of our yoga and barre classes. This class focuses on mobility, flexibility, and balance with weight-bearing exercises to increase bone density. Expect longer stretches and more time between set-ups, while still getting a challenging full-body workout. Leave feeling strong and restored!

The benefits of yoga are endless: it helps clear the mind, bring positive vibes, and is a great total body workout all while using your own body weight. Vinyasa style yoga. This kind of yoga will not only give you a total body workout, but also keep you moving continuously and get your heart rate up for some cardio! Jordan has been doing yoga for 4 years now, and it is the only workout she does. She loves the fact that Yoga is both a strength and cardiovascular workout.

This early morning vinyasa class is designed to warm up the body and mind to prepare for the long day ahead. Come prepared to flow through some vinyasa sequences, and then settle down with long, deep stretches. Can you think of a better way to start your day than with savasana as the sun rises?
