Everyday Namaste - Low Intensity
Classes labeled "Everyday Namaste" are low to medium intensity. Get your yoga fix with minimal sweat.
You'll Feel It - Medium Intensity
Now we're getting into classes that will work your muscles and make you work up a sweat!
Bring A Towel - High Intensity
As the title says, you might want to have a towel handy for these classes as they are designed to get your heart-rate up and make you sweat like crazy. Push yourself to your limits with these classes!
GENTLE YOGA/BARRE
A slower-paced version of our yoga and barre classes. This class focuses on mobility, flexibility, and balance with weight-bearing exercises to increase bone density. Expect longer stretches and more time between set-ups, while still getting a challenging full-body workout. Leave feeling strong and restored!

CANDLELIGHT YOGA
Slow flowing class, students will synchronize breath with movement in a safe and relaxing atmosphere. Students will learn the benefits of yoga, incorporating basic yoga asana (postures), proper yogic breathing, and relaxation techniques that suit the benefits of each individual student.

Barre Express is packed powerfully into a 45 minute format! This class is is a fusion of ballet fundamentals, core conditioning, Yoga and stretching for a total body workout using a ballet barre, yoga strap, pilates ball, and yoga mat to achieve a lean, flexible, youthful body.

BUTI YOGA
Buti, in Indian Marathi, means "the cure
to something hidden or kept secret."
This practice is a high-intensity fusion
of yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics. Classes combine cardio, strength training and flexibility in one seamless format. Buti creates a strong, empowered group that resembles a tribe.
